Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Legendary Esthetics At Legendary Esthetics, we value your time and appreciate you trusting us with your skincare needs. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations & No-Shows We understand that life happens! However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without notification may result in restrictions on future bookings. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be declined future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on service availability. Groupon & Promotional Appointments All Groupon and promotional appointments are subject to our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Groupon No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will have their Groupon voucher marked as redeemed, and the voucher will no longer be valid for future services, where permitted by Groupon’s terms and applicable law. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Emergencies We understand that unexpected circumstances arise.
